POSIX borrowed the "double leap second" bug from C89. Double leap seconds can never happen. This mistake was present in at least POSIX 1997 and fixed by POSIX 2004. I can't find a copy of 2001 online to determine if the bug was present in that revision. While here, remove duplicate language between -d and -t. A few other minor enhancements and an igor (lint) bugfix. FreeBSD is an operating system used to power modern servers, desktops, and embedded platforms. A large community has continually developed it for more than thirty years. Its advanced networking, security, and storage features have made FreeBSD the platform of choice for many of the busiest web sites and most pervasive embedded networking and storage devices.

The Makefile in this directory supports a number of targets for building components (or all) of the FreeBSD source tree.
