Peter Wemm 4f9a71f6a0 Note the syscall numbers used in BSD/OS 2.x. We dont want to

accidently use one of these ourselves as it'd make it harder to run
their binaries.
Also, remove the now-defunct #include "opt_sysvipc.h".
