Sean Bruno 9264dd40b6 Update OLD_DIRS for various targets so that some of the branches of directories are pruned when the appropriate knobs are turned. Specifically, turning off bsdconfig, locales, examples, i18n, man, ntp, syscons. It may not seem like a lot, but it helps when trying to keep an x86 image under 96MB for MFSRoot netbooting. This directory tree contains tools used for the maintenance and
testing of FreeBSD.  There is no toplevel Makefile structure since
these tools are not meant to be built as part of the standard system,
though there may be individual Makefiles in some of the subdirs.

Please read the README files in the subdirs for further information.
