hrs 638b4d3f51 - Clean up extra ${.OBJDIR}. ...

- Add ${IMAGE} for the supported image files.  This fixes the install target
  on FreeBSD/pc98.
- Use "mkdir -p" instead of "-mkdir" consistently.
