rwatson 64c1f79d50 Mark 'struct ipx', the IPX packet header, as __packed. Otherwise, 
recent versions of gcc will insert an extra 16 bits of padding in
the structure, corrupting all IPX packet output.

This protocol implements IPX/SPX over Ethernet_II frame type 0x8137.
Please note: the SPX implementation may require further work and testing
to insure proper operation.
