freebsd kernel with SKQ

Rodney W. Grimes 70ce04ee23 Added 3 targets (kc-ah-floppy, inst1-floppy, inst2-floppy) which build ... 3 of the 4 needed floppies for FreeBSD. Still need to do kc-bt-floppy for the Bustek/Ultrastore controllers.
