Konstantin Belousov 49e51fb02c Replace ERROR() macro with inline function. In-tree gcc cannot tolerate ... the construct like printf("%\s", NULL) resulting from macroexpand of ERROR(u, NULL), making it impossible to use LIBUFS_DEBUGGING.
