Ed Maste 722a4cb445 Remove WITHOUT_GNU and WITHOUT_GNU_SUPPORT src.conf.knobs These have no effect (and WITHOUT_GNU is documented as having no effect). I intend to later introduce a WITHOUT_GPL knob to serve a similar purpose as WITHOUT_GNU's previously documented intent, but with a more accurate name. This directory tree contains tools used for the maintenance and
testing of FreeBSD.  There is no toplevel Makefile structure since
these tools are not meant to be built as part of the standard system,
though there may be individual Makefiles in some of the subdirs.

Please read the README files in the subdirs for further information.
