Stop calling system calls "function calls".

Use "The .Fn system call" a-la "The .Nm utility".

When referring to a non-BSD implementation in
the HISTORY section, call syscall a function,
to be safe.

system call
sets the process group of the specified process

to the specified
.Fa pgrp .
If
.Fa pid
is zero, then the call applies to the current process.

If the invoker is not the super-user, then the affected process
must have the same effective user-id as the invoker or be a descendant
of the invoking process.

will fail and the process group will not be altered if:
