jkim 8ede8714ca Rewrite OsdSynch.c to reflect the latest ACPICA more closely:
- Implement ACPI semaphore (ACPI_SEMAPHORE) with condvar(9) and mutex(9).
- Implement ACPI mutex (ACPI_MUTEX) with mutex(9).
- Implement ACPI lock (ACPI_SPINLOCK) with spin mutex(9).
