Greg Lehey a32d2d99c4 Increase the initial size of a RAID-5 plex lock table to 256 entries, ... which seems to correspond better with what a busy plex needs. This may also help us avoid race conditions when expanding the table which may have been contributing to the random corruption, panics and hangs we've been seeing in RAID-5 plexes, particularly with ata drives.
