ps 0a2e8227c4 Change the NFS sillyrename convention so that we won't run out
of sillyrenames (which were limited to 58 per pid per directory,
for no good reason). The new format of sillyrenames looks like

	.nfs.0000b31a.00d24.4
	     ^^^^^^^^ ^^^^^
	     ticks pid

* The nfsnode is the nfs equivalent to ufs's inode. Any similarity

* There is a unique nfsnode allocated for each active file,
