pav 9ca9d354d9 Rewrite the udf_read() routine to use a file vnode instead of the devvp vnode. 
The code is modelled after cd9660, including support for simple read-ahead
courtesy of clustered read.

Fix udf_strategy to DTRT.

This change fixes sendfile(2) not to send out garbage.
