Bryan Drewery 2472c543df Remove these broken filemon tests. They were not very useful in their current state. It only ran a fork bomb, confirmed headers/footers matched, hard-coded the number of expected entries (rather than ensuring each entry is present when expected), and was missing a sizeof_long.c file from r251368 which makes its intent for testing 32-bit binaries unclear. This directory tree contains tools used for the maintenance and
testing of FreeBSD.  There is no toplevel Makefile structure since
these tools are not meant to be built as part of the standard system,
though there may be individual Makefiles in some of the subdirs.

Please read the README files in the subdirs for further information.
