Warner Losh 1c1bc2f7f7 Add some verbage over the difference between BUS_ADD_CHILD and
device_add_child.  The former calls the latter.

The interface is the same as

however, the bus'
.Ft BUS_ADD_CHILD
is called.

Busses implementing
.Ft BUS_ADD_CHILD
should insert the device into the tree using

before adding things such as their own ivars and resource lists to the device.
