markm d8723e8b03 Remove the Yarrow PRNG algorithm option in accordance with due notice given in random(4). This includes updating of the relevant man pages, and no-longer-used harvesting parameters. Ensure that the pseudo-unit-test still does something useful, now also with the "other" algorithm instead of Yarrow. This directory tree contains tools used for the maintenance and
testing of FreeBSD.  There is no toplevel Makefile structure since
these tools are not meant to be built as part of the standard system,
though there may be individual Makefiles in some of the subdirs.

Please read the README files in the subdirs for further information.
