emaste b41ddb8eee Use a set of ELF Tool Chain tools by default These tools are now from the ELF Tool Chain project: * addr2line * elfcopy (strip) * nm * size * strings The binutils versions are available by setting in src.conf: WITHOUT_ELFTOOLCHAIN_TOOLS=yes Thanks to antoine@ for multiple exp-runs and diagnosing many of the failures. This directory tree contains tools used for the maintenance and
testing of FreeBSD.  There is no toplevel Makefile structure since
these tools are not meant to be built as part of the standard system,
though there may be individual Makefiles in some of the subdirs.

Please read the README files in the subdirs for further information.
