- MK_MAIL: othermta
- MK_NS_CACHING: nscd
- MK_NTP: ntpd (ntpdate is required by other services and can't be easily
                conditionalized -- yet..)
- MK_ROUTED: routed
- MK_SENDMAIL: sendmail
- MK_TIMED: timed
- MK_VI: virecover
