Kenneth D. Merry ead5f16cef Fix the location of the length bytes in the 12-byte read/write CDB ... structure. This has been broken since 1998, but probably hasn't been noticed because it takes a read/write of 64K blocks (32MB with 512 byte blocks) to trigger using the 12 byte read/write CDB in scsi_read_write().
