Tim J. Robbins 77156cb782 Mark the following interfaces as OBSOLETE_IN_6:
fgetrune(), fputrune(), fungetrune(), mbrune(), mbrrune(), mbmb(),
    setinvalidrune(), UTF2 encoding method.
These have been marked as being deprecated in their manual pages since 5.0,
and their use causes a linker warning.
