Warner Losh cc61bf6300 o Add mkimg to the cross tools, and use the TMPPATH as PATH to pick up 
mkimg for building on systems like FreeBSD 11.0 that don't have my
  -a changes.
o Set NANO_ROOT and NANO_ALTROOT for std-* since their values don't
  change when we set NANO_SLICE*.

$FreeBSD$

This directory tree contains tools used for the maintenance and
testing of FreeBSD.  There is no toplevel Makefile structure since
these tools are not meant to be built as part of the standard system,
though there may be individual Makefiles in some of the subdirs.

Please read the README files in the subdirs for further information.
