freebsd-skq/sys/kern/kern_kse.c
peter df4e1dcc74 ia64 does not have the same degree of stealth include file nesting,
so it needs an explicit #include <machine/frame.h> to get 'struct
trapframe'. The fact that it needs this at this level is rather bogus
but it will not compile without it.
