Ulrich Spörlein aa12cea2cc mdoc: order prologue macros consistently by Dd/Dt/Os
Although groff_mdoc(7) gives another impression, this is the ordering
most widely used and also required by mdocml/mandoc.

Informs GSS-API that the specified credential handle is no longer

and frees associated resources.
Implementations are encouraged to set the cred_handle to

on successful completion of this call.
