imp 5eaca6ae49 MFC: Bring in support for new PC Card chipset (TC5299J) and old ... ISA/PCI chipset (RTL8019 and RTL8029). Eliminate ED_NO_MIIBUS option. You are now required to have miibus if you have pccard in your kernel (but not required if you don't!). Split out register definitions for possible future subsetting.
