If an SCTP SOCK_SEQPACKET socket was opened, kdump would display this
wrong output:
 socket(PF_INET,SOCK_STREAM|SOCK_RDM|SOCK_SEQPACKET,0x84)

instead of this correct output:
 socket(PF_INET,SOCK_SEQPACKET,0x84)
