flz e9cfab3d98 - Take libinstall.a out of pkg_install and make it a proper shared library. - Rework the wrapper support to check libpkg version as well as pkg_install version. - Add libfetch to _prebuild_libs. - There are no new features introduced. Notes: the API is not stable, so basically, do not use libpkg in your projects for now. Also there's no manpage for libpkg yet, because the API will change drastically. README

This is the pkg_install suite of tools for doing maintainance of
software "packages".  More documentation is available in the man pages
for each individual command.

This code was written by Jordan Hubbard for FreeBSD, snatched and
mildly reshaped by John Kohl in NetBSD and the changes taken back into
FreeBSD again by Jordan, who then proceeded to add another couple
of dozen features on top.  Whee! :-)
