Sync libarchive with vendor.

Relevant vendor changes:
  - check_symlinks_fsobj() without chdir() and fchdir()
  - bsdtar.1 manpage fixes
  - patches from OpenBSD to libarchive_fe/passphrase.c
  - version bumped to 3.4.0
