bdrewery ebf2c39d03 makeman: Fix handling of env-only vars by using SRC_ENV_CONF rather than SRCCONF. Also note that these env-only vars can be specified on the command line. This fixes the dependent options that are env-only (such as WITH_META_MODE and WITH_AUTO_OBJ) to properly display their dependencies. This directory tree contains tools used for the maintenance and
testing of FreeBSD.  There is no toplevel Makefile structure since
these tools are not meant to be built as part of the standard system,
though there may be individual Makefiles in some of the subdirs.

Please read the README files in the subdirs for further information.
