fjoe 571ef024e3 - Support for multibyte charsets in LIBICONV.
- CD9660_ICONV, NTFS_ICONV and MSDOSFS_ICONV kernel options
(with corresponding modules).
- kiconv(3) for loadable charset conversion tables support.
