mpp 5e0b8a5234 Correctly use .Fn instead of .Nm to reference function names
in a bunch of man pages.

Use the correct .Bx  (BSD UNIX) or .At (AT&T UNIX) macros
instead of explicitly specifying the version in the text
in a bunch of man pages.

function is for programs wishing to detach themselves from the
controlling terminal and run in the background as system daemons.

Unless the argument

is non-zero,
.Fn daemon
changes the current working directory to the root (``/'').

Unless the argument
.Fa noclose
is non-zero,
.Fn daemon
will redirect standard input, standard output and standard error
to ``/dev/null''.

If an error occurs,

returns -1 and sets the global variable
