MHSEC-G

Monster Hunter Stories Save Editor GUI (Currently only supports MHST-JPN)

I'm working on supporting MHST NA release. If anyone finds any interesting offsets and want those to be included in the editor, file a bug report/leave a message on GBATemp/or just directly add features.

Ahh I still want to add a mon selection panel like pkhex.
