lib: build with meson Add non-EAL libraries to DPDK build. The compat lib is a special case, along with the previously-added EAL, but all other libs can be build using the same set of commands, where the individual meson.build files only need to specify their dependencies, source files, header files and ABI versions. build/windows: remove separate list of libs Rather than maintaining a separate list of libraries which are to be built on windows, use the standard library list and explicitly add to each library that is not to be built a check for windows and disable the library at that per-lib level. As well as shortening the main lib/meson.build file, this also leads to the build summary at the end of the meson config run correctly listing the libraries which are not to be built. lib: clean up build files Switch from using tabs to 4 spaces for meson.build indentation. Perform other formatting cleanups such as ensure that long lists of files are one per line, and terminating with a final comma before the closing brace to make addition/removals easier. pipeline: add symmetric crypto table action This patch adds the symmetric crypto action support to pipeline library. The symmetric crypto action works as the shim layer between pipeline and DPDK cryptodev and is able to interact with cryptodev with the control path requests such as session creation/deletion and data path work to assemble the crypto operations for received packets.
