doc: remove Intel PMD examples in flow bifurcation guide
Now this feature is no longer supported by kernel side, (i40e kernel driver doesn't support it from v2.3.2 and ixgbe kernel driver isn't guaranteed to support this feature as well in the future), so remove the Intel PMD examples to avoid confusion.
