app/testpmd: register a specific log type
Instead of using USERx logs, register a dynamic log type, as introduced in commit c1b5fa94a46f ("eal: support dynamic log types"). Signed-off-by: Olivier Matz <olivier.matz@6wind.com> Acked-by: Wenzhuo Lu <wenzhuo.lu@intel.com>
