buildtools: check allocation error in pmdinfogen
In func locate_pmd_entries(), pointer 'new' returned from call to func 'calloc' may be NULL. It is dereferenced without null point check. Signed-off-by: Yong Wang <wang.yong19@zte.com.cn>
