net/bonding: allow slaves to also be bonded devices
This patch removes restrictions in bonded device library which prevent a bonded device to be added to another bonded device with the limitation that 802.3ad mode is not supported if one or more slaves is also a bonded device, Signed-off-by: Declan Doherty <declan.doherty@intel.com> Signed-off-by: Tomasz Kulasek <tomaszx.kulasek@intel.com>
