net/mlx5: avoid reusing old queue's mbuf on reconfigure
This patch prepare the merge of fake mbuf allocation needed by the vector code with rxq_alloc_elts() where all mbuf of the queues should be allocated. Signed-off-by: Nelio Laranjeiro <nelio.laranjeiro@6wind.com> Acked-by: Yongseok Koh <yskoh@mellanox.com>
