net/bnxt: update to HWRM version 1.7.7
This patch updates the Broadcom bnxt PMD to version 1.7.7 Most of the changes in the patch are in the hsi_struct_def_dpdk.h - an autogenerated file. The changes in the *.c files are because of changes in the macro names. Signed-off-by: Ajit Khaparde <ajit.khaparde@broadcom.com>
