doc: fix l2fwd-crypto sample code

L2fwd-crypto app was modified with various changes
in its code. The application user guide contains
some code snippets that needed to be updated.

Fixes: 2661f4fbe93d ("examples/l2fwd-crypto: add AEAD parameters")
