doc: announce deprecation in crypto feature flags

Some feature flags, such as RTE_CRYPTODEV_FF_MBUF_SCATTER_GATHER
are ambiguous. In this case, it is not clear if Scatter Gather lists
are supported in the input buffer and/or output buffer.
