net/sfc: rename SW stats structures

Delete 'x' in:
    1. per-adapter 'struct sfc_sw_xstats' with corresponding
       field 'sw_xstats'.
    2. 'struct sfc_sw_xstat_descr' and callback prototype
       'sfc_get_sw_xstat_val_t' with its implementations.

The 'x' stands for 'extended' in RTE but from sfc point of
view these are just SW stats.
