cryptodev: remove max number of sessions per queue
The cryptodev info structure currently contains the maximum number of sessions that can be used in a queue pair. This is only set in DPAA_SEC PMD, and since it is calculated based on the maximum number of sessions (which is not used anymore), this field can be removed.
