app/crypto-perf: fix mempool creation
Using a small number of sessions results in rte_mempool_create call with cache_size > n, which fails. There is no need to cache the elements, as there is no performance impact. Fixes: 501c0a3b14c3 ("app/crypto-perf: limit number of sessions") Signed-off-by: Radu Nicolau <radu.nicolau@intel.com> Acked-by: Akhil Goyal <akhil.goyal@nxp.com>
