The consumers of trace API defines the tracepoint and registers to eal. Internally these tracepoints will be stored in STAILQ for future use. This patch implements the tracepoint registration function. Signed-off-by: Jerin Jacob <jerinj@marvell.com> Acked-by: David Marchand <david.marchand@redhat.com>
