Replace the BSD license header with the SPDX tag for files
with only an Intel copyright on them.

This patch adds the unlinking/unmapping of shared host memory
on termination of l2fwd-keepalive. Previously it was only
cleaned on re-running of the example application.

Fixes memory leaks detected by Coverity. These are due to ephemeral
