f456684ac2 net/bnxt: fix unnecessary HWRM command
During probe, driver issues HWRM_CFA_ADV_FLOW_MGNT_QCAPS command.
But it is not using the command response anywhere which makes the
fw call redundant.

Remove the unnecessary HWRM_CFA_ADV_FLOW_MGNT_QCAPS call to fw.
Remove the redundant flow_flags in bnxt struct.

1e18ec58ed net/bnxt: create default flow rules for port reprentor
Invoked 3 new APIs for the default flow create/destroy and to get
the action ptr for a default flow.
Changed ulp_intf_update() to accept rte_eth_dev as input and invoke
the same from the VF rep start function.
ULP Mark Manager will indicate if the cfa_code returned in the
Rx completion descriptor was for one of the default flow rules
created for the VF representor conduit. The mark_id returned
in such a case would be the VF rep's DPDK Port id, which can be
used to get the corresponding rte_eth_dev struct in bnxt_vf_recv

6dc83230b4 net/bnxt: support port representor data path
Added code to support Tx/Rx from a VF representor port.
The VF-reps use the RX/TX rings of the Trusted VF/PF.
For each VF-rep, the Trusted VF/PF driver issues a VFR_ALLOC FW cmd that
returns "cfa_code" and "cfa_action" values.
The FW sets up the filter tables in such a way that VF traffic by
default (in absence of other rules) gets punted to the parent function
i.e. either the Trusted VF or the PF.
The cfa_code value in the RX-compl informs the driver of the source VF.
For traffic being transmitted from the VF-rep, the TX BD is tagged with
a cfa_action value that informs the HW to punt it to the corresponding
VF.

0466d286cd net/bnxt: fix setting link speed
bnxt PMD uses the macro BNXT_SUPPORTED_SPEEDS to validate
the user requested speed. But this has all the speed values
supported by the PMD and is not chip specific.

The check against this macro returns success when the user
tries set the speed to 100G on a port even if the chip does
not support 100G speed.

Fixed it to use bnxt_get_speed_capabilities() to check the
supported speeds by the chip.

02a95625fe net/bnxt: add flow stats in extended stats
This patch allows to display flow stats in extended stats.
To do this, DMA-able memory is registered with the FW during device
initialization. Then the driver uses an alarm thread to query the
per flow stats using the HWRM_CFA_COUNTER_QSTATS HWRM command at
regular intervals and stores it locally which will be displayed
when the application queries the xstats.
The DMA-able memory is unregistered during driver cleanup.
This functionality can be enabled using the flow-xstat devarg and
will be disabled by default. The intention behind this is to allow
stats to be displayed for all the flows in one shot instead of
querying one at a time.

Initially when driver is loading, there is no HWRM timeout configured
by FW, the VER_GET command needs use default timeout as 500ms and
while recovering from fatal/non-fatal FW error, it should use timeout
as 50ms.

9db66782bd net/bnxt: fix supporting zero mark ID with RSS action
Certain applications(Ex: OVS-DPDK) can issue rte_flow_create with mark
id set to 0. The mark table entry creation in the driver was assuming
non-zero mark ids. Fix it to have a valid flag for each entry.
Also, it is possible that both RSS flags and cfa_code/ mark id are set
as part of the Rx packet completion descriptor if the 'action' for a
flow is MARK + RSS.

Fix Rx completion processing to look for both fields as opposed to only
either.

db8241fea2 net/bnxt: allow group ID 0 for RSS action
Allow RSS action with group ID 0. The RSS match check will ensure if
requested RSS action configuration parameters should be allowed as per
the VNIC's RSS configuration or not and if it does match as it is
by design in OVS-DPDK use case, the default vnic can be used to create
the filter. As part of this ensure that rx_queue_cnt for the default
vnic is setup during init as this field was being set only for non-zero
vnics while handling RSS action for flow create.
Check for out of bounds error while accessing the vnic array.
