Session type (operation with or without session) is not
something specific to symmetric operations.
Therefore, the variable is moved to the generic crypto operation
structure.
Since this is an ABI change, the cryptodev library version
gets bumped.

The VDEV code will move to the bus drivers directory.
Rename functions from rte_eal_vdev_ to rte_vdev_
to prepare the move of the driver out of EAL.
The prefix rte_eal_vdrv_ is also renamed to rte_vdev_.
It was used for registration of vdev drivers.
