552a7a32b4 cryptodev: remove useless alignment
rte_crypto_op and rte_crypto_sym_op structures
were marked as cache aligned.
However, since these structures are always initialized
in a mempool, this alignment is useless, since the mempool
forces the alignment of its objects.

d2a4223c4c cryptodev: do not store pointer to op specific params
Instead of storing a pointer to operation specific parameters,
such as symmetric crypto parameters, use a zero-length array,
to mark that these parameters will be stored after the
generic crypto operation structure, which was already assumed
in the code, reducing the memory footprint of the crypto operation.

Besides, it is always expected to have rte_crypto_op
and rte_crypto_sym_op (the only operation specific parameters
structure right now) to be together, as they are initialized
as a single object in the crypto operation pool.

b1f6192b77 cryptodev: remove opaque data pointer in crypto op
Storing a pointer to the user data is unnecessary,
since user can store additional data, after the crypto operation.

4943cb4ad2 cryptodev: replace enums with 1-byte variables
Instead of storing some crypto operation flags,
such as operation status, as enumerations,
store them as uint8_t, for memory efficiency.

Also, reserve extra 5 bytes in the crypto operation,
for future additions.

5209df0d33 cryptodev: move session type to generic crypto op
Session type (operation with or without session) is not
something specific to symmetric operations.
Therefore, the variable is moved to the generic crypto operation
structure.

Since this is an ABI change, the cryptodev library version
gets bumped.

79d6f5fc58 lib: work around unnamed structs/unions
Exported header files used by applications should allow the strictest
compiler flags. Language extensions used in many places must be explicitly
marked to avoid warnings and compilation failures.

Unnamed structs/unions are allowed since C11, however many compiler
versions do not use this mode by default.

This commit prevents the following errors:

 error: ISO C99 doesn't support unnamed structs/unions
error: struct has no named members

c0f87eb525 cryptodev: change burst API to be crypto op oriented
This patch modifies the crypto burst enqueue/dequeue APIs to operate on bursts
rte_crypto_op's rather than the current implementation which operates on
rte_mbuf bursts, this simplifies the burst processing in the crypto PMDs and the
use of crypto operations in general, including new functions for managing
rte_crypto_op pools.

These changes continues the separation of the symmetric operation parameters
from the more general operation parameters, which will simplify the integration
of asymmetric crypto operations in the future.

PMDs, unit tests and sample applications are also modified to work with the
modified and new API.

1bd407fac8 cryptodev: extract symmetric operations
This patch splits symmetric specific definitions and
functions away from the common crypto APIs to facilitate the future extension
and expansion of the cryptodev framework, in order to allow asymmetric
crypto operations to be introduced at a later date, as well as to clean the
logical structure of the public includes. The patch also introduces the _sym
prefix to symmetric specific structure and functions to improve clarity in
the API.

d11b0f30df cryptodev: introduce API and framework for crypto devices
This patch contains the initial proposed APIs and device framework for
integrating crypto packet processing into DPDK.

features include:
 - Crypto device configuration / management APIs
 - Definitions of supported cipher algorithms and operations.
 - Definitions of supported hash/authentication algorithms and
   operations.
 - Crypto session management APIs
 - Crypto operation data structures and APIs allocation of crypto
operation structure used to specify the crypto operations to
be performed on a particular mbuf.
 - Extension of mbuf to contain crypto operation data pointer and
   extra flags.
 - Burst enqueue / dequeue APIs for processing of crypto operations.
