These headers are used but not included explicitly, including them.
"arpa/inet.h" is included for 'htons' and friends.
"netinet/in.h" is included for 'IPPROTO_IP'.

HIF or host interface is responsible for transmit
and receive packets between physical ethernet
interfaces and HIF library defined logical interfaces.
This patch initialise that host interface and MAC.
