2717246ecd cryptodev: replace mbuf scatter gather flag
The current mbuf scatter gatter feature flag is
too ambiguous, as it is not clear if input and/or output
buffers can be scatter gather mbufs or not, plus
if in-place and/or out-of-place is supported.

Therefore, five new flags will replace this flag:
- RTE_CRYPTODEV_FF_IN_PLACE_SGL
- RTE_CRYPTODEV_FF_OOP_SGL_IN_SGL_OUT
- RTE_CRYPTODEV_FF_OOP_SGL_IN_LB_OUT
- RTE_CRYPTODEV_FF_OOP_LB_IN_SGL_OUT
- RTE_CRYPTODEV_FF_OOP_LB_IN_LB_OUT

e1fc5b7690 cryptodev: remove max number of sessions parameter
Most crypto PMDs do not have a limitation
of the number of the sessions that can be handled
internally. The value that was set before was not
actually used at all, since the sessions are created
at the application level.
Therefore, this value is not parsed from the initial
crypto parameters anymore and it is set to 0,
meaning that there is no actual limit.

f737f5cee6 cryptodev: change argument of driver registration
Pass an rte_driver to the RTE_PMD_REGISTER_CRYPTO_DRIVER macro
rather than an unspecified container which holds an rte_driver.
All the macro actually needs is the rte_driver, not the
container holding it.
This paves the way for a later patch in which a driver
will be registered which does not naturally derive from a
container and so avoids having to create an arbitrary container
to pass in the rte_driver.

This patch changes the cryptodev lib macro and all the
PMDs which use it.

496324d2a5 bus/fslmc: add flag to configure DCA in QBMAN multi Tx
With the current QBMAN multi-tx API, we need to create separate
enqueue descriptors for each of the packet which is required to
be enqueued to the hardware, once we support Atomic Queues
(with DCA) in dpaa2 drivers. Creating enqueue descriptor for
each packet is costly and have significant performance impact.
This patch introduces a flag parameter in the QBMAN multi-tx API,
so that DCA configuration (and later on ORP/ODP for ordered queues)
can be passed using flags and be updated in the EQCR using this flag.
